How do I login?
To login, use the checking account number associated with your Check Card and the corresponding INFO Line PIN (personal identification number). If you haven't used INFO Line before, you'll need to call our INFO Line 1-800-235-INFO (4636) and establish a PIN by signing in with the last 4 digits of your social security number.

How do I change my PIN?
To change your 4-digit PIN, just call 1-800-235-INFO (4636) and follow the user menu.

Forgot Your PIN?
We'll be happy to reset your PIN. Simply call us at 1-800-235-INFO (4636) and press 1, then 1, then 0. After your PIN has been reset, you'll need to establish a new PIN on the INFO Line before logging in to website.
